Keen098
Hello Everybody! I have litle problem, seems to be the first one of a lot..) I Download yesterday the Trial of 3Ds Max "Design" and Vray 2.0, The instalation etc... everything works fine. After importing a model, i try to render it with vray, but it doesnt work.... I get the message "waiting for renderer..." And the screan is all the time black.
datacrasher
Are you sure that the model is done with the Vray renderer? Not all models are made for the Vray renderer. so try it in the Mental ray or scanline! sometimes you get a black renderer because your using the wrong render
AubreyM
I have seen this problem also creep up when you are trying to render a scene that has Vue elements in it and the vray plugins are not properly installed.
amadoR
So honestly, I have no real idea of why this happens. But my male intuition tells me that you are probably using a VrayPhysicalCam, but without any Sunlight. Try Experimenting with different(or a new) Sun/Light and Camera. Keen098
Thanks for the quick reply! After "google" my problem, i found 5 vray scripts for 3ds max and after installing them, everything works fine. After testing 3ds max, i have to say it is really hard to understand.
