leed
There is a bit about RPC on the PDF about r9 but not much. I saw an presentation on a demo CD about 2 months ago and quite excited by it, but I was told that Archivision were having problems transporting it over to the Mac. But I guess they must have solved it as they are announcing it, although there is no RPC in the demo. Wait and see. Lee
Ace_Face
...I was told that Archivision were having problems transporting it over to the Mac. Lee That's because they have a very old dusty iMac in in a dark corner and developing for a Mac is a low priority for them. It's a business decision for them so I don't necessarily blame them. However, the Macintosh chunk of the market share is still a sizeable dollar amount. It's just a question of investment and potential return. I'm sure they've done their market research. But I guess they must have solved it as they are announcing it, although there is no RPC in the demo. Wait and see. Lee Maxon shows RPC as a file format on the R9 Highlights tour. (See attached) As you can see it's only available for Windows at the moment. I'll believe it when I see it. "My name is Thomas after all".
