Kirkos
Hi everyone, Does anybody know how can I render images with resolution more than 6000x6000 pixels in V-Ray for Rhino? V-Ray and Rhino crashes every time I am trying to exceed the above image resolution limit. I tested almost everything but I couldn't find a solution! What I am I doing wrong? If anyone has an idea it will really help me! (I am using Windows XP 64-bit in a machine with i7 CPU and 12GB RAM) Thank you in advance.
stencil
In case you are still attempting this, or for anyone else struggling with rendering large scenes with Rhino - Check this thread from chaosgroup.com's forum (registration required, but it is free to sign up) I recommend rendering to a .vrimg file Ps. Remember that Rhino for Windows is a 32-bit program, which means that its memory usage is limit to 3gb; ergo vray for rhino has limited memory capacity (unless i'm mistaken). Kirkos
Thank you for your response. I tried to render large image sizes to a .vrimg file and it works fine. Thanks again
