Vray Caustics and Network Rendering

Sorry, I had posted in the wrong forum.

 

This is my first post, so peace to all. My question involves vray caustics not being rendered through neither DR or Backburner. When I render on workstation, the caustics come out fine. When I send it to any render node, either online or in my basic renderfarm, the caustics are not generated.

 

This is how it looks with caustics:

This is without caustics:

And this is the caustics pass:

I'm rather new at 3ds Max and 3D Modeling, so I hope someone with a firm knowledge of the both 3ds Max and VRay can help me.
