creasia
I am having problems finding a way to compress my video in premiere. No matter what codec I use I get frame ghosting whenever the camera is moving. I have tried to make sure that my project frame rate and output frame rate are identical and also removed the blurred frame option off of each of the clips. I need each of these frames to be clear when the video is paused. Thanks for your help guys!
Devin Johnston
What codec are you using?
Lehm
I'm pretty sure that's not a codec issue. Looks like some kind of frame blending is turned on. Are you using the Adobe Media Encoder to export? If so check the output tab see if deinterlace is on. I've had times when that will get turned on despite it being a progressive project.
Devin Johnston
Make sure deinterlacing is turned off when you export, this will also screw up your video and I think that's what's going on here.
