arshad17
Very nice for second try (: maybe you should use DOF to make it more photorealistic. The material of the door, need more reflection, but still nice
the Rev.
Thanks arshad. Yes, it really is a second attempt. I'm just starting to learn viz and my first attempt was a kitchen I posted here a couple of months ago. It was actually pitiful - but after some work in lighting ended up a half-way decent piece. You are right. I'll work on adding DOF see what it looks like. As for the door material- are you talking about the glass door to the balcony or the wood doors on the entertainment center? coolhand
A really good start, I for one would suggest adding a bump map to your floor to give it a bit more outline.
AubreyM
Aside from what has already be mentioned I would tone down the ambient occlusion. It's a little to obvious, especially in the corners.
redheadx
I would add a bump map to the floor. And possiblly add more misc object to add more interest to the scene. The base of the coffee table seems a little big or maybe its just the angle. Also try turning the gamma on if it is not already to bring out more color from the exterior
