Brodie Geers
I'm looking for a copy of 3ds Max 2009 Architectural Visualization Intermediate to Advanced by 3DATS. I found the first book very helpful but this one has been sold out for awhile now and 3DATS hasn't responded as to when they expect more. Does anyone here happen to have any info on it or have a copy they'll sell (I live in the U.S.)? -Brodie Edited August 31, 2011 by brodie_geers
etche
I really would like to get a copy of this book. Is there a new set of copies to be released? Or is it DEAD SOLD OUT for good? Thanks

Brian Smith
The distribution rights to the book was purchased by Focal Press and can be purchased now only through their channels. Here is a link to the book on Amazon. From what I understand, it starts shipping today for the very first time. The book was updated for Max 2012 btw. http://www.amazon.com/3ds-Max-Design-Architectural-Visualization/dp/0240821076/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1319812668&sr=8-
etche
I trully appreciate your answers. I'll try and find the book that way. For what i've seen, I find it unique. Thanks!
David Arbogast
I like these books and am glad I bought them, but they leave me wanting more. For instance, last night I was reviewing Revit Integration chapter the Advanced book in the series, and the chapter was pretty much limited to a pros/cons discussion of importing Revit geometry into 3ds Max via dwg or fbx. There is so much more workflow commentary that could (and should) be written beyond mere importing strategies. The book series seems to touch on all relevant visualization topics without delving into them in depth. If they did, each chapter would be a full book of its own! They're a valuable asset...I'm just wanting more!
