Onyx conifer and flower need advise

I have onyx broad leaf and love the program. I was thinking about getting The conifer and flower as well. But before i pull the trigger i would like some feed back from any of you that might own these.I have done searches on images that use onyx conifer but cant find any, which makes me suspicious about weather are not they render very well? Conifers have such small leaves ( Needles Really) that im afraid they don't render very well What are your thoughts. Does the flower export planes that you can map an image of a flower petal too it? Or is just geometry of the petals.
