Customising toolbars

Hi

 

I am trying to customise my tool bars but, cannot seem to find a few of the icons.

 

The 'Selection Set' drop down icon bar with the text field that allows a quick drop down to all selections sets. Also, how do I put together the mulitple icons under one icon ?

I somehow turned off the primatives toolbar and I dunno how to get it back. Ya know, the one that has little icons of the primatives to choose from.

 

Sorry for not addressing your problem, it just seemed relevent and hopefully we can kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone.
