Lis
Hi Filip. First at all you have lack UVW mapping on wall close to camera. About Your reflection issue. There ARE reflection. The question is what is reflecting. Obviously You want to get some cloud reflection. Right now there is clear sky reflecting. You should try to rotate reflection map to catch some clouds. Also i recomended to make reflection map little more contrasting so your reflection can be seen beter. Best Andrew
replai
Hi Filip, you might want to use a fake reflection override in the environment settings of vray. setting a different hdri image then the background with some horizont elements or clouds for reflection, will not change the background, but add some life to the glass. pailhead
Please don't get offended by the following question: How are you able to produce such nice wet effects on the ground material, and ask a beginners question? Is there some tutorial or sample scene where you were able to pick up the ground map? BTW i wouldnt change a thing, it looks pretty good as is. filipskrzat
Thank you for your replies! about wet material, I was just testing some settings, and done it I have new image, i feel like this glass is better now, but I'll try Replai idea What do you think about Metal material? On "roof" construction elements ? And one more question, i am fighting with caustics, but i cant achive effect i want, dont you think there should be some funky sunny refelections on the wall just below this roof made from glass? I realized that sky doesnt fit to light atm. I need to fix that. I will post it today's evening Edited October 5, 2011 by filipskrzat
Jeggy
About the glass reflection... your settings should create a physically correct glass material. But if you want to create more reflection in the windows you can cheat the physics and increase the IOR value.
