JamesL
"Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me … Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful … that's what matters to me." Most of us don't work on Macs primarily, but we are all using a mouse.
CJI
Whatever your opinion on the products and the company now. There is little doubt the man was an Entrepreneurial genius and behind some of the biggest inovations of our time. His influence in modern consumer technology will most certainly be missed, but most of all as a father and husband. My thoughts go out to his family and close friends in this sad time. Sketchrender
Very sad and so young, he only stepped down in August, should have taken more time with his family.
branskyj
Strange thing happened to me a month ago- I was discussing with my manager his iPhone and after 5-10 talk about Apple and it's greatness I mentioned Steve Jobs. My manager then asked me who he was. Now, I am not into Apple and he definitely is. I was simply shocked to find a person (in London, mind you) so much into Apple and not knowing who this genius of a man was. I guess my point is- large portion of the masses enjoy Apple's products without even heard of the person who contributed so greatly. RIP.
