BrianKitts
no the archicad import wizard for max script hasn't been updated for 3 or 4 years. download and use the autoedge script as a start, then just be sure to weld the vertices of an object you're trying to chamfer and you shouldn't have any problems. pedroarq
Thanks Brian I saw many posts from you about this problem. What method do you use recently to export to max? still export to autocad and then link to max???? the autoedge script don´t mess the geometry? do i need first convert to poly and then use that script? BrianKitts
no i abandoned that route and went back to just doing .3ds files the script should work fine on an editable mesh. can you post a screen capture of the model so we can see what you're dealing with?
