Creating presentation Exterior 3d Model

Hello Fellas

i m about to create Exterior Presentation in 3d . so all i need is tips and tricks in terms of what should be included what should not i have some Idea but need u r help my friends !!!!!! its not a Huge model just a 3 story building so i m w8ing for tips n tricks to make it look good !!!

 

pls reply assuming that i m new, that way it would b gr8 because i have never created 3d presentation models in max&vray

Are you making a home a business a hotel? how are you doing that with AEC or are you going to box model the building. I would first draw a floor plan of your building how many rooms you have what kind of rooms. doors and what kind of windows and doors is your building going to have. if your going to have stairs or an elevator or stairs

i m making a model of a building (3 Stories) commercial Building and looking to achieve the effect of Box Model with some Comp sky in background and some trees and white cut out people since i have to render everything in white color except windows and glazing panels so looking for plenty of references and theoretical data so i can make use of both pls give me links if available as well as websites showing hot to create Box model kinda visualization's

Come on we cannot do the work for you. You have the information at your finger tips all you have to do is search online for what your looking for. there are tons of reference images whether that's a drawing, photos or a floor plan.
