frog_a_lot
Exterior as well
AubreyM
Yea I don't like the chairs either. Some of the materials need work, for example the TV is flat and lifeless. I have never seen a tv off that has a purple screen. I would also tone down the AO, a little to much IMHO. Maybe it's just me but the sun position doesn't seem to match the background image. The sunlight is coming towards the camera yet in the background it looks like it's shining towards the water. The exterior looks ok but I think that some of the edges are to sharp and maybe some variations in the plants. The railing on top of the glass looks a little like plastic instead of aluminum or metal. The tile going right out to the outer edge of the balconies looks odd as well. Maybe some texture on the exterior wall, it looks to smooth. With a few tweaks this will be a nice set of renders.
Justin Hunt
In the balcony shot the interiors has a nice punch to it, try get the same punch in the first shot. jhv
Stan Zaslavsky
Great work so far Cameron. In the interior - the cabinet is sitting pretty close to the couch - and one of the doors is pretty much closed off by the couch - I would consider changing that cabinet or moving the couch back a bit to show the door. agree with Aubrey re exterior - get some texture into the concrete of the structure - looks too smooth for real life
frog_a_lot
New version with subtle changes.. removed carpet/rug, changed and move chairs, lighting tweaks Thoughts?
Stan Zaslavsky
i think the new couch material is much better the top of the table is a bit empty - maybe find a couple of magazine or move some of the books from the cabinet across - just feels a bit unbalanced - the top of the cabinet is full and the table is empty. AubreyM
Much better, you still need to git rid of the AO though, the room doesn't need it. Agree with Stan about the empty table.
frog_a_lot
Latest version, stuff on table, might try magazines instead of books. Few little changes, might try a version without AO and see how it goes. Gotta fix the TV as well, dont like the gray surround same with the dvd player udner it, but yeh getting there.
