I am wondering whats the trick to render a image and make it look like the one that i posted from evermotion . I know Vray toon ... but how to render the polygons ?

I believe this was rendered using the EdgeTex mat.

In the vray material diffuse slot, put vray edgetex as matt told. put black for the color of wires, and use it as override mat in global switches in render dialouge box.
