Animation- Shadows very dark

I rendered a exterior architectural animation, but the parts of the scene that aren't getting direct sunlight are very very dark. When rendering still images they are fine, but when i do the animation they are dark.

 

Here was my process for rendering the animation:

Render Light Cache on flythrough (2000 subdivs)

 

Render irradiance map, every 5th frame, dont render final image, load LC file

 

Render final image, load LC and IR Maps.

 

 

 

I have a Vray sun and a HDRI Sky lighting the scene.

If anyone knows what i can do to fix this problem, please let me know.
