link camera to mesh surface

OK, so i have a large mesh landscape that has a noise modifier to create movement in the terrain.

 

So i have linked the camera to the terrain mesh but i cant get the camera to move with the mesh animation changes.

 

Want it to look like camera is on tripod while landscape moves.

You need to use the parent child process, This is where you set the camera as the parent and the child as the mesh. So you link child to the parent as the child moves you need to animate the parent. if this does not go right then you can use the CV/dope sheet editor to edit your keys until you have the keys correct. once that is done then you should see both move at the same time
