mmangold
I have been working on this project for a couple of days and can not seem to get the lighting correct. I am using fakesioty with the ring method and one spot light as the sun. It is a large site so the camera angle is very wide. Please help me to try to improve this. Thanks, Mike

MJL Imaging
I agree with the Dabbler. Try to find a sky that works better with this perspective. The scene is stretching back and the sky looks like it's dropping straight down. In Photoshop play around with skies and try to skew them so they look like they're going to the same vanishing point as the rest of your scene. Also, the background evergreens look too bright and the model looks too dark,... too saturated. About the curb in the foreground, you might want to give it a little more shape and texture. Since it's in the foreground, and you want it there to stay, you may want it to have as much realism as possible (not so square).
mmangold
Thanks for all your suggestions. I will lokk at fixing them. It is an akward image because the rendering is not for the client more for the township. The township wants to see the whole site from eye level. Strange I know but you have to give them what they want or we will never get permission for the job. Thanks again for all comments, Mike PS I will post a follow up image when I make the changes.
