ilpou
Hello people! I used to work with 3dsMax 8 on a rather old computer and the rendering times were not fast, but ok. Then I bought a new, much better computer and the rendering takes forever. The same image that would take 1 hour in the old one, now needs more than 12 hours and this is driving me crazy! Here is my computer specs and software version....any ideas??? ilpou
ok, here is a picture of the project...it doesn't have any detail that would make it render so slow!! 12-14 hours for this image are MORE THAN A LOT!!! (by the way, does anyone know what happened to vizdepot??)
AubreyM
Are all your renders slow or just this project? Vray doesn't like standard materials and will slow down a render. You could check that. If it is all your renders then I have no idea what would cause that.
