AubreyM
It's not the transparency but the reflections. It is reflecting your grey environment. If you don't want to create a closed room you could try an image in the reflection environment slot globally or in the material.
Keen098
Hi, Thank you for your answer. You re right, it is the reflection. When i close the room i get still the same result. What can use in the Material reflection to get the glass still transparent? Edited December 6, 2011 by Keen098
AubreyM
Lower the reflection of the glass and it will look more transparent. An image in the material reflection will reflect in the glass that image and not your grey environment. Highly reflective materials like glass, chrome, mirrors etc are only as good as the environment they reflect. Play with the reflection and refraction values to get the result you are looking for. You may want to try another camera angle as well.

Keen098
After playing with the reflection and refraction i get some good results but another problem too. The grey color is gone, but i get some refelctions from the ground "parquet" on the top of the stairs. Any idea how i can fix this? AubreyM
Try a falloff map in the reflection slot.
