3d max in the cloud

I have just watched a video on YouTube about rendering on the cloud.

I am a vray user but have a subscription with auto desk and can for free upload models for rendering but with me.

 

Is anybody using it?

 

 

And what is the equivalent of cloud rendering with vray , is there anybody out there offering the same one of payement for vray rendering .

At the moment cloud rendering is only available to Revit and AutoCAD users. Cloud rendering is not available to Max users yet.

 

Commercial render farm support vray. I have used 2 Render nation and rebusfarm

You can setup your own render farm on the cloud for Max. It takes a little bit of work to setup and requires a fairly fast "upload" speed internet connection. I've been using one I set-up since last summer and it works pretty good. I'm using Mental Ray though, not Vray.
