Trying to set backburner up as a service but it doesn't appear in the services list

Hello All,

 

The title pretty much says it all, I'm trying to setup backburner server and manager as well as the vray license server as a service and it doesn't appear in my services list. I was wondering if anyone knew why this would be and what I could do about it. Under my user profile it says that I am an administrator so I don't think that's the issue although I could be mistaken.
