E-Ink readers and foreign language PDFs

Hi all,

I am about to purchase an E-Ink reader. I am going to mainly read PDFs in Bulgarian on it (it's a book which hasn't been released in Bulgarian yet).

Now my dilemma is- which of the available E-Ink readers will be able to display (through software conversion of course) my PDFs on it? Should I be aware of something before buying Kindle/Kobo/Nook Touch?

I don't want to end up with a reader which won't read my PDFs.
