Been working on this for a week. My first proper interior using Vray:

Just need some feedback on lighting, realism.

I'm not confident with vray daylight interiors and don't know all the buttons and switches. So far this is a basic summary:

Irradiance map: Hsph Sub = 40, interp samples = 30, detail enhancement on, preset on medium

Light cache: subdivs 1500, all else default

Reinhard used with the usual settings.

DMC sampler set to: 8 min, 32 max

Increased some of the light shadow samples a bit too.

All else is pretty much default.

I'm thinking some DOF might work too.

Thoughts? I want this to look as professional/realstic as possible.

I love the balance of indoor to outdoor lighting you have here. The only thing it really needs (in my opinion) is a bit of punch in an image editor. If I knew anything about that I would tell you exactly but just 'playing' with the image I got this which may give you ideas to do it better:

As usual, I'm with Ismael. It looks like a good image. It has a lot of sepia or orange color to it so maybe a photo filter in photoshop or an orange-ish white balance on your camera.

And if I'm nitpicking it.... Maybe alter your flooring map so there isn't that clear seam in it in the FG of the image.

It really does look nice though. Good Job.
