Designed this for a uni project. Only just started using Vray, and this is my first proper arch viz image that im hoping to look somewhat good.

 

Im currently just texturing, hoping to finish soon and move onto rendering

In the last image the camera is in a strange spot, makes it look like a scale model. Either go really high like an aerial shot or at eye level. Also all of the materials need some reflections/specular highlights (grass, stone, asphalt,).
