erkutacar
I have 10 mr sky portals. Everything was fine till i changed environment shader from mr physical sky to a hdr map. Then switch it back to physical sky and realized sky portals r not visible. I can select them by name or via layers pallette, they r not hidden yet they r not visible either.. So each time i want to change a parameter i need to use one of 2 ways i mentioned.. Any ideas how to solve this frustrating situation??
Justin Hunt
What display driver are you using? Sounds like a nitrous display problem Jhv
erkutacar
ahaha correct good diagnostic skills i use nitrous coz nvidia still haven't released quadro performance drivers for max 2012 and nitrous seemed faster than direct x.. so u think if i switch it to direct x and back to nitrous, it would solve the problem?? What display driver are you using? Sounds like a nitrous display problem Jhv

erkutacar
issue resolved.. i tried installing new drivers for both my cards (q5000 and gtx580) and didnt work. by the way i first wanted to install gtx, i performed a clean install and for some reason it installed quadro drivers too anyways the issue was resolved by merging it into a new file..
