danb4026
I get this error message everytime I open max. Not such a problem except when I am trying to use backburner, in which case I get an error message on my slave machines and the render fails. I have searched everywhere to find a solution and I have seached every folder with in max directory to locate a culprit, but have been unsuccessful. Not sure whether deleting the 3dsmax.ini file will solve the problem and I would hate to resort to that. Any suggestions?

danb4026
I figured out how to solve the problem. I had to go to materiallibraries that included materials from a scripted plugin that are longer installed and remove those materials from the libraries. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=40.837816,-73.708886
