watersage
Is it possible somehow to open two different scenes at one time – so that elements/models can be copied and pasted from one to the other? I use this technique all the time in another 3D software I use - still a beginner with VIZ tho. Thanks very much.
Iain Denby
You can open 2 sessions of viz if you have a system with multi processors. You can't copy and paste with this program. You have to merge from one scene into another.
abicalho
Hi Dibbers, You don't need Multiprocessors for that. All you need is to be running a Windows NT based OS (Win 2k, XP). Win98 or ME wouldn't support it, but then, users shouldn't be using VIZ on ME/98. Alexander
watersage
Thanks, I do use XP Pro and it will open 2 sesions at one time. I'll give the merge command a try - sure I can figure out how to use it to advantage with a little thought. Best wishes.
