Sweep length not accurate?

Hi,

 

I sweeped a spline to make a wall. I use a 'BAR' profile with length 100cm.

 

I placed a regular box (height=100) next to it and when measured the sweeped spline is 130cm. See picture.

 

Am i missing something here?

Edit: never mind, i noticed i scaled the spline in the beginning. DOH!
