Glass alpha contribution?

Hi,

I am currently rendering an animation which I want to render as 2 passes. The first pass will just be an environment panorama that shows a city rendered as scanline, and the second pass will be my base VRAY renders with all the glass turned on also.

I will then simply composite the 2 passes as 2 layers in after effects.

If i do this, how can i ensure that the glass in my base VRAY renders contributes to the alpha so that i can see through the glass enabling me to see my environment panorama pass? (I dont want to get involved with rendering out seperate alpha channels/masks for the various glass elements though)

Does anyone have any tips??

Thanks.
