As the CGschool (of which I'm a co-owner) handles all of the distribution for those books, I'm very interested to know more about this. Where did you get information that is was banned in the UK? We've successfully shipped a lot of books there, even as recently as a few weeks and days ago. If Foyles (which I am assuming is a local bookseller) it's interesting that they would even have shelf copies as we only ship direct and do not work like traditional publishers and send large amounts to bookstores. I don't recall seeing any orders to bookstores in the UK, so not sure where they got their copies. You can order on Amazon, but the books are still fulfilled by our warehouse.
