Graphite
Hey all; Need some advise. I realize there are a lot of sources for plant and foliage models out there; (I.E Ever motion, Turbo Squid ect. ect.) and some are needless to say useless, but some are quite good. I recently started to debate whether or not I should make Concept Sail's High Detailed Fully Animated Tree library available. But I was curious, if I did would there be any interest? I realize the market is super saturated, but I'm pretty sure ours would stand out, Just not sure if people would be interested. (I'm not sure this is the right place to post this.. Sorry in advance if its not.)
Umesh Raut
Dear Nolan, There's always a place for something good, even if the world looks saturated I have yet to see it on their page (your page?) so can't comment on quality and usefulness but you may need to remember the all important 'price factor' before you bring it in to market. Graphite
Thanks for your reply Umesh You definitely brought some good perspective and needed moral to my though process. The models are not currently viewable on Concept Sail's Website, and as such the model library has now been formed into its own company. You can check out a sample on 3dgrove.com again, thank you for your insite, I will most certainly offer the models. As for price point, I'll try to keep it reasonable. Maybe even offer a significant discount to active members of CG Architect? (What do you think Jeff? Thanks again. -Nolan
