branskyj
Studio/Institution: Bransky DesignGenre: Residential InteriorSoftware: 3DS Max, VRay, PhotoshopWebsite: http://www.branskydesign.comDescription: I was watching Episodes, loved one scene and decided to recreate it in 3D. The attached image is the final image (3DS Max and Photoshop) with all the passes including the Ambient Occlusion pass. I am struggling achieving photorealism and don't know where the problem is coming from- is it poor modeling, lighting or texturing? Can someone please suggest something? Thanks a million guys. All the best.
John Dollus
Looks nice. I'd suggest creating a better texture for the stone so the pattern doesn't repeat and look at some color correction/exposure adjustment to the background image (take some of the purple out). Very Meier-esque. I'd also look at introducing a tiny bit of warmth on the inside of the window system.
branskyj
Useful tips. Thanks a lot. And what did you mean with "very Meier-esque". Could you pass some links to his/her work? Again- thanks for the help.
