Pavel Roder
Greetz ! I have messed a bit with my website to put all works in one-page-site - but i dont know if this kind of presentation isnt too boring - My designs are on the rightside and It takes quite long time to get to them - I was thinking in splitting it into two pieces - commercial and personal, but dunno if this solution will be clean one http://www.pavelroder.com/ What do u think ? pavel
pmanahan
I really like your work. A strong, diverse portfolio. But, I don't like that it scrolls by it self and you have to center your mouse to get the image to stop. I would much prefer a scroll bar on the bottom, it kind of made me motion sick. pmanahan
Frosty
The Yugo style side scrolling flash thing has been way over done. In my opinion it was only cool when he did it as an experiment. It was never functional enough for a website. I also agree that a normal side scrolling frame is much more effective.
Iain Denby
Same here That auto-scroll thing does my head in. Golden rule with websites: make it easy and simple. Your work is very good, but there is too much of it. leave 'em wanting more!
graphix
Not to beat it any furth..... but kill the auto scrolling, I was getting dizzy. a simple set of buttons on the bottem if you want to keep the scroll look. graphix

STRAT
what that lot said - nice content, but drop the auto scrolling.
argie_uk
I must admit, I wouldn't mind the scrolling if only the "stop spot" was larger. Quite difiicult to stop on an image. A steadier more controlled scroll and it would be ok.
nisus
Hi argie, I didn't look at your portfolio because I can't stand the autoscroll. It really boosted me of your site... hope this helps ,-) nisus

Pavel Roder
Thanks a lot all for critz and comments, I was thinking of the same think - remaking it into basic html with same design with slider on the bottom (now its feeded from XML database, so it could be the same way) Or maybe on the upper side I could create a long, thin navigation showing user, how far (where on the site) he is, allowing him to move just by clicking on it. The navigation would be divided by the two section by colour - comercialz and personal works. What do u think ? and once more thanks, I am very pleased you also like works showed there ) Pavel
