Vray for sketchup-a couple of issues

Hi all,

 

I just purchased Vray for Sketchup last week and I have a couple of issues that I hope you can help me with. I can't seem to find the render progress dialog box. I find it useful especially when there are errors. Also, I'm trying to render with an HDR in the environment and background slot and I get large splotches in the render. I even blur the HDR image and it doesn't minimize it. I'd appreciate it if anyone can offer a solution.
