kenpimentel
Subscription users start your downloads! Just like every year, it takes days to process all the millions of Adsk subscription users through SAP. It will always take days and users will always see a delta between when some see it and others see it. Don't panic, be patient and wait a few days. If it isn't there after 5 business days, then start panicking.
Sketchrender
Would love to ken, but without all the plugins I use everyday to make a living, come out, won't be downloading for a while. Always lookforward to updates. Will there by tutorials online for training of new features? Phil

anejo
Please never, Never make it accessible via the cloud Unfortunately, the cloud is where it's going. I do prefer download or disk install over cloud any day. I just feel i have more control of my software when i install it.
NeWAcEiN
3ds max 2013 finally launched after other 2013 launch's,now we can have more flexibility with media & entertainment suit2013 can send max scene to maya and maya to max with single click . but waiting for plugins release, vray maxwell so can take advantage of 2013 softwares.3ds max recived number of improvements, not big though. all n all looks cool, installed a trial version but frankly speaking i think they should not take max soul out in the improvement process. cause i seen the autodesk 2013 conference on net and they want max to give home feel to maya users. is it right???. both softwares are awesome at their own !!!!!!!!! id_ivan
Do they fix this bug (Max3-or max4?? through 2012, AFAIK) 1. Create new layer, turn it off or freeze it. 2. Create object and while still selected, hit spacebar (lock selection) 3. Add the object to that off/freeze layer (hit + in layer manager) Voila, your max also FROZEN!! This bug costs me countless hours for repeating the steps from latest autobackup. Edited April 17, 2012 by id_ivan

Sketchrender
I do find it hard to believe that I pay for a product subscription and I am afraid to update due to all the bugs. I would have such down time with work I would loose clients. The subscription should not kick in till the product is downloaded. So when is the "product update" coming?
