Boris Horosavin
I don't use maxwell but it generally goes like this: 1. Put your sky texture in the "Environment map" slot (Rendering menu->Environment, or just type 8 to open the menu). 2. With perspective view selected as active go to "Viewport background" (alt+b). 3. Under "Background source" option check "Use environment backround option" 4. Also check "Display backgroud" checkbox in the lower right part of menu. I suppose this should work. reneweicker
Hey. Could you solve the problem? I started using 3dsmax plugin as well an couldn´t fix it. My sky appers black whatever I do. Active View (fire) works fine, but not the viewport. @boris tried your way but didn´t work for me. maybe I made a mistake... ...so I got rid of the problem. You have to change the displaydriver to direct3d like on the attachment... Edited August 15, 2012 by reneweicker
