This is what i was able to get. 3ds max, Mudbox, Mental ray, Fusion, Photoshop. Comments, advices, notes, more than welcome. Providing they are doable in Fusion or Photoshop, i'm not opening Max for this ever again Part 2 A note on the tutorial. If a beginner is reading this and thinking about going through it to learn something about Max, Mental ray, Mudbox, or rendering in general, you can forget about it. If you don't already know how to do this completely on your own, this tutorial is not for you. It covers almost nothing from the list above. What it does is a "walk through" of the object itself by someone who was at the site. Without good blueprints, just by photos of the web this would be a lot harder to do. Part 3 If someone wants to try to render this, but doesn't want to waste time on rendering and texturing, i'm sharing a completed model, fully textured, ready for rendering (in Mental ray). I've left the basic lightning (daylight system, sky portals), the rest is up to you. Scene is optimized for this camera angle, if you move it you'll have to do some copying. It would be interesting to see what other do with it, i also had variants with darker, lighter lightning, reflective materials...
