3dvizual
Hi. I am trying to achieve some nice looking water for my little garden basin. But I can't seem to get the desired effect. I have attached a early image of my scene with my basin. Anyone has some good advice for making water materials, and maybe some render settings to really make it look amazing. I have made a 20 cm deep bassin with scattered stones on the bottom. Top and bottom plane. IMage can be seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ygl4evrt65saeu9/bassin%20with%20refraction_gi.jpg Edited May 23, 2012 by 3dvizual
John Dollus
can you post your material settings? what you have isn't a bad start but your bump map is super tiny.
