sparksue
Hello guys! Would like to check anyone here using CG-Source Floor generator - if yes, are we possible to change the units setting of the script? Also what's the actual units setting they are using? Was hoping that we can change the units to mm instead. Anyone help on this will be great appreciated. Tommy L
I think the units are mm as default, while since I used it though. Did you watch the tutorial video on the site? As its a european plugin Id assume its metric, cant you just move your decimal place until it looks right?
sparksue
Hi Tom, I also thought that it's in Meter but I notice that it's goes as Inch instead of MM. So was wondering whether is it possible to change to mm instead. anyone able to help this out? Yup I did watch on the video but don't think it really mention on it as well. Tommy L
Are the units just dictated by the world and display units?
sparksue
How can i check on this? Also I notice that my general setting is 1. Scale% : 100.0 Am I right? P.S: How can i check regarding the world and display units? In the end I need to change my setting for the Scale to 4% then it's can capture the mm units setting. (slightly different by a few mm)
sparksue
One more thing, I would like to ask is that is there anyway that we can change the color of the grouting (Gap Length)? As sometime I need to change Black, White or even slightly grey in color. Possible to get it done?

But is there anyway we can change the gap length colours? Instead of just black color? Anyway to get it done right?
Justin Hunt
The gap is just that a gap, ie no geometry, you will have to model the grout, usually I just put a plane just below the tile geometry. jhv
sparksue
Thanks for the advice on this. I didn't though of that. Meaning the plane will be just 1-2mm below on the tile geometry right?
