how to make a good fillet on the edge of al the object with a hole in it ?

Hello everyone

 

i have been modelling this object and i would like to fillet all the edge for 1/4''

as you can see on the second object ... the result are not ok

is there a where where i can get a fine 1/4'' fillet edge ?
