nickdk
I'm just very confused and hope you can help me a bit, I have some geometry in my scene that I can select and see just fine and I can see the object name and everything but if I use the 'list' I can't find the objects there? This is probably something simple I just can't figure it out
Ricardo Eloy
Check if the list isn't filtering certain object types.
nickdk
Thank you for the reply I have made sure that nothing is deselected in the object types - it's really strange to sit and look at an object in the viewport that's no where to be found on the list, it's actually 4 large trees from evermotion :S
RyderSK
Are they in group that is closed ? If the models are in hierarchy. they act as the top "father" when closed.

I think you're on to something but i'm not 100% sure how it works with groups. I can see the evermotion trees consists of 2 groups each with leaves and branches, if i group the two to have a complete tree for scattering then I can't find the group in the list. if i ungroup the two then I can see them on the list. So how should I do it, is it necessary to attach the parts? And is there another way to see such groups in the list?
