kenanavci
There's a free script called VRay Sun System, you might want to try it. http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/vray-sun-system I don't know it has a timelapse feature but i assume you can keyframe the parameters of the scripts. Corey Beaulieu
There is no real way to improve your render time for this. Because the light will be moving, I don't believe you will be able to pre-calc an Irr, you'll likely have to Brute Force it and that just takes time. Are your shadows going to be a feature in the scene? I mean, will you be drawing attention to the swing? If not you could always render it not animated and use an exposure and photo filter to fake it in post. This could be an overly cheap trick, but really it works just fine.
