This is a very good start.

 

I would add chalk writing on the chalkboard (or even eraser marks, since it never is completely clean), chalk pieces on the rail of the chalkboard, and lockers on the walls outside the door (since it looks like elementary/ middle school classrooms, the lockers would probably 2-up lockers)

 

well, that's my 2 cents, it's looking nice.

 

Oh, I just remembered: in my classrooms, there were always intercom systems right next to the tops of the doors.

About your project, the lighting seems a bit dull and dark. I think you need to use skylight portals if you haven't already, it might be a bad white balance, can't tell. And the shades are a bit too sharp, you may want to increase the VRay Sun's size multiplier. But yes, this is a really good start for a great looking scene.
