Hi

CAn anybody throw some light on this please.

I recently updated to CS6, all good till last week, un update came up for Acrobat, so I updated it.

It has stopped working since.

Won't even launch.

Now the help centre on line is a mind field, and it is closed due time difference.

it is not covered under questions are.

it is not possible now to write this sort of company......god only knows why?

Resellers are just that.............sales and nothing else.

Also the adobe help phone line is €39 per incident..............joke.

So Help would be appreciated.

Regards

Phil

It appears a lot of folks are having this issue after looking at the Adobe Forums. I sounds as if you are getting the 30 days license expired bug. Has it been about 30 days since you upgraded?

There's a good bit of info in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4492856

The general idea is to deactivate then reactivate your suite using Photshop or something other than Acrobat. Some people have had it solve the issue, others have had it just reoccur.

It's shoddy work on Adobe's part and I've been burned by their lousy updates in the past, so I never update anything unless I have to or I do research first.

reinstall and use the xforce crack rather than your serial....

more reliable that than adobe funnily enough.

adobe are a joke. wish someone would come along and sweep them into improving products rather than making new ones.

Thank you both very much.

it is bought and paid for , should not have go through this at all.

Same story with Autodesk at the moment, awaiting dvd as the download would not work.

Have'n a bad week tech wise.

Thanks again

PS.

Ya

I just deactived it and reactivated, and it worked perfectly.

Thank you again.
