No it's not necessary but someone with an architecture degree already knows a lot about buildings and will therefore have much less learning to do on the job. That's not to say that someone who doesn't have that degree can't know the same information but many times firms prefer someone with an architecture background over someone who doesn't have one. 2. It really depends on what the firm is looking for and how strong your portfolio is. If you create incredible renderings no one is going to care if your strait out of school or have 10 years experience. 3. You don't have to be an architect to do renderings, there is no license or regulation you must follow. As long as you can create images your client likes you could be a dog catcher it just doesn't matter. The reason you find architects doing this job so often is because they enjoy the process and the results from it more than they do traditional architectural practice, that's why I do it. John Dollus
everything Devin said but for #3 if you are talking to a US client the answer should always be something along the lines of: I am not a registered/licensed architect so I am unable to call myself one but I can provide you with some great renderings. anwarhakim
Thxx for the replies . Well i have met very few clients on free-lancing basis who give us the freedom to Design when we have the project of presenting them the Renders of the Villa . Do you think Studying more about Arch-Viz will be much n much better for future in detail ? If you where could i approach ? I have heard about State of Arts academy in Venice is there any alternative >?
