2D CUTOUT People (Students), Where?!

Anyone know where can I find good cut out people (students), like the ones in this images?

Hi,

 

ImageCels has a kids collection. You could shoot your own. Best technique is to set up a tripod and use a cable shutter. Just shoot looking out of the corner of your eye so people don't realize pictures are being taken; then get some graphics student to cut them out for cheap.

I normally shoot my own people when I'm doing my personal work, but in this case the images are for my company and they want people like the ones on the images ofmy first post: students with uniforms. The ones on those images look like they are part of some kind of package, but I can't find it!

I too am looking for 'college students' people and I have not had much luck. I would rather not use RPCs.
