Helen Ni
As to architecture, anyone can help me to tell the difference among 3d perspective, 3d rendering, 3d visualization and 3d illustration? Thanks.
Stephen Thomas
These are all terms that essentially mean the same thing. However, I would say that perspective and illustration sound more artistic and could also refer to a hand-drawn picture. Rendering can also refer to a hand-drawing, but these days is more associated with computer-generated images. Visualization is a more abstract term, but gives the feeling that you are conveying a design or bringing an idea to life.
johnathanwest
These all do mean the same things, but they tent to be used for differant things... When I think of 3d perspective..... I think.... A hand drawing look done on paper, photoshop or basic cad 3d rendering..... I think.... A basic rendering done in 3d softwere 3d visualization...... I think.... A photo realistic rendering done in 3d softwere 3d illustration......I think.... A painted look done with 3d saftwere and photoshop
Helen Ni
Thanks for your explanations and it's very clear. It is only that our clients use different terms, so I confused. We can say that they are synonym.
