Jeff Mottle
I recently did a bit of investigating into this and found two solutions to work the best. 1. If you have vray render your scene with a spherical camera with the FOV override set to 360 degrees. Then render your image with a width twice as big as the height. Then use this app http://www.panoshow.com/panocube.htm to convert the image to a cubic QTVR 2. If you don't have vray then get the CubicVR script here: http://plugins.angstraum.at/ You choose a camera and then it renders out the six sides of the cube. To combine the into a QTVR use the GoCubic app that comes with the script. Both work great, much better than the built in QTVR tools in max. Jeff Mottle
Ooops just realized that you wanted an Object VR, not a QTVR. Take a look at this app which I am also using. http://www.vrtoolbox.com The Object Works app is the one you want.
