Not bad.

But if you are looking for suggestions, the lane division is wrong. I am in India (Mumbai) and we do not have narrow side lanes on any roads, forget about flyovers. Oh, you might just have changed that as an afterthought to accommodate the car; but then if you've not modeled or imported that car to scale, its just rescaling to fix it. Going by the car size, the width of the flyover looks less than useful.

And one more thing comes to mind is the texture painted on the outer surface of the side curbs; normally they paint it plain white or grey I hope these are taken as a suggestions.
